This document provides detailed step-by-step instructions, along with visual elements, to help you successfully complete the login process on the AX CRYPTO platform as an individual user.
Step 1: Logging in to your user account
After successful registration, you can log in to your user account on the AX CRYPTO platform.
Start the login process by clicking on “Sing in” in the platform header (Image 1).

Then enter your credentials, i.e. your email address and password, and click the “Sing in” button (Image 2). A CAPTCHA challenge will be displayed, which you need to complete (Image 3).

Step 2: KYC verification confirmation
After successful login, a notification window will appear informing you that KYC verification is required (Image 4). This verification is necessary in order to access all trading functionalities on the platform.
