This document provides detailed step-by-step instructions, along with visual elements, to help you successfully complete the business account sign-in process on the AX CRYPTO platform.
Step 1: Logging in to your user account
After successful registration, you can sign in to your business account on the AX CRYPTO platform.
To log in, click on the “Sing in” option in the platform header (Image 1).

Then enter your credentials, i.e. your email address and password, and click the “Sing in” button (Image 2). A CAPTCHA challenge will appear, which you need to complete (Image 3).

Step 2: KYB verification confirmation
After successful login, a notification window will appear informing you that KYB verification is required (Image 4). This verification is necessary in order to access all trading functionalities on the platform.
