Bank Account Whitelisting

This document provides detailed step-by-step instructions, along with visual elements, to help you complete the process of whitelisting bank accounts on the AX CRYPTO platform.

 

What is the whitelisting of bank accounts?

For security reasons, bank accounts must be whitelisted before they can be used for deposits or withdrawals on the AX CRYPTO platform. To make transactions via bank transfer, you first need to add and confirm the bank account you wish to use.

Once approved, this bank account can be used to send or receive funds, helping protect your user account against potential misuse.

This functionality provides an additional level of security because it:

  • prevents unauthorized withdrawals of funds
  • reduces the risk of data entry errors
  • increases the overall security of your user account
     

Step 1: Accessing the bank account approval (whitelisting) feature

After successful KYC/KYB verification (this functionality cannot be used without it) and sign-in to your account on the AX CRYPTO platform, click on the "Account" option in the main menu at the platform header (Image 1).

In the side menu on the left, select the "Bank Accounts" option (Image 2).

Step 2: Adding a bank account

By clicking the "Add Bank Account" button (Image 3) in the upper left corner of the screen, a window will be displayed (Image 4) where you need to:

  • Enter bank name

  • Enter bank account number

  • Upload a validation document, such as:

    • a photo of the front side of the payment card
    • a bank statement with the account number and user name clearly visible

After entering the data, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the window.

Step 3: Request processing and approval (whitelisting) of the bank account

After submitting the request, you will receive an email confirmation of the bank account verification request (Image 5). The documentation is then reviewed by the authorized staff of the AX CRYPTO platform.

After the documentation is successfully reviewed and the bank account is whitelisted, you will receive an email confirmation of the successfully completed process (Image 6).

The approved bank account will then appear in the list with the status Accepted (Image 7). If you have multiple approved accounts, you can set it as Primary by clicking the "Primary ★" option in the table (Image 8).

Notes:

  • The approval time is usually up to 1 hour during the working hours of our customer support. Outside working hours, the process may take longer.
  • Changes to already approved accounts are possible, but require a new review by customer support and, if necessary, additional documentation.
  • If you want to withdraw funds to an account that has not yet been whitelisted, you must first add it and wait for its approval.
